This Samsung washer is the most technological washer I've ever owned. The fact that I can control the washer from my phone or download cycles is more than I ever had in a washer before. I like the auto-dispensing system. It's a nice feature to have without having to measure the detergent manually. The color of this washer really stands out. The black with gold trim really pops. It's my first washer that wasn't white. The drum is very deep and holds a ton of laundry. I can empty my whole basket and the washer doesn't blink an eye. My one hope is that I don't have to replace this washer for the next 20 years.

I love the large capacity of this washer and the fact that even full, my clothes/linens get clean. It took me a minute to fully figure out the auto-dispense system, but now that I have I love it. Would recommend the instruction manual to add a bit more detail on functioning that aspect of the washer but otherwise love the machine. With a toddler at home the active water jet for pretreating close is super handy and though I haven't fully utilized the smart control wifi connection with mine I can imagine the possibilities it allows. I am so glad this washer features the delay end button as well so I can start a load of laundry when I leave in the morning and it is done washing at the end of dinner when I have time to switch it to the dryer or hang my clothes up.

i received this item at a discounted rate for my honest review. i love this washing machine. i love that i can fit all of my bedding or a large load of clothes in there and not worry that it is not getting clean. having a toddler in the house, the active water jet feature is wonderful because we are always having to pretreat her clothes to save them! the auto-dispense detergent and fabric softner feature is great once you figure it out. the directions in the manual are a little sparse so i definitely think they would go into a bit more detail in that area but once i figured it out it is wonderful and one less step i have to work about when in a rush to get chores done. while i haven't utilized the smart wifi capabilities, i can only imagine the possibilities available.

my three go to abilities of this machine are the auto dispensary of your soaps and softener or in some cases now sanitizer, water depth senser for heavy loads, and delay end!! the auto dispenser saves me so much time with not having to open and close containers to start loads with 4 toddlers underfoot this feature is a gold mine in itself! sensing the heaviness of the load is great also to make aure you get a large load clean. the last and almost the best feature is delayed end where you set it it to wash and then finish when you have time to hang up the load or transfer it it! this saves me a ton if time!! the sleek look makes my laundry room look upgraded rather than just a room to work!!

Purchased this about 2 months ago, and am I very disappointed with the soap and fabric liquid dispenser feature. It does not dispense the entire amount placed in the dispenser. which results in having to place more directly in washer manually.
