THE WORST purchase I’ve made for our home

within a week, it was giving me clutch error codes. it said to unplug & start the load over again. 3 months later, it stops mid cycle, won’t drain or spin. cs said its almost a 2 week wait for repairs. 100s of dollars of diapers sitting wet inside the washer. they looked at it today & i need a clutch & a motor which have to be ordered so now we wait another week+. we’re a family of 5 with 3 babies. we do laudry daily. this is unacceptable. i used my entire va disability check for the month to buy this washer & dryer. i’m 5’0, i have to use a step ladder to reach the bottom. it cannot handle queen size blankets, let alone a king. i wish i could return it

We have had this Samsung washer for several months now and we like it a lot compared with all the washers we have ever had in the past. This Samsung washer has several settings for temperature of the water and I love that. I love that there are a lot of rinse choices and spin choices versus others that only have a few options. Another benefit of this washer is that it has a setting for waterproof bedding. I really love that there is a self cleaning setting and it reminds you when you need to do a self-clean. It even has a special setting for whites vs. darks. There are so many settings and choices. The most important thing to me is that it doesn't have the tube in the middle of the washer. I can fit a lot more things in it this way and it is sooooo much quieter.
