Affordable for a large capacity washer. Not happy with the water level and you cannot control it. It does the job but not as the same as front load washer.

Purchased the Samsung washing machine in May of 2021 and has been a great purchase so far without any issues. Works perfectly, as with any machine, make sure your load is balanced and not too large and you will love it. (As I have to remind my family some times). For heavier loads I use a slower spin speed and haven't had any issues. I love the options available. The only thing is a minor one, in the description on Best Buys site it stated worked with Samsungs Smart Things, this particular model does not, but not big deal.

I love the extra-large capacity so I can wash bedding with ease. Not sure if it agitates as much as my old washer, but so far everything has come out very clean. Quiet and easy to use with many cleaning options.
