I honestly, love this washer so much. It is so quiet, I never know that it is even running until the end of the cycle when it plays a tune. Even the spin cycle is quiet., and I'm not worried about it waking up the kids with vibrations. This is where the soft close lid also comes into play....by not waking sleeping kids up! This wonderful machine also holds a ton, even my comforters! It is very user friendly as well. There are 7 different cycles on the washer, including a self cleaning option. There is one for normal wash, heavy duty, deep wash, bedding, quick wash, and delicates. They are all useful in different settings. I mostly use the heavy duty and normal wash. But it's really convenient to be able to use the quick wash when I forget to throw something in the wash! The self cleaning option allows you to clean your machine, and make sure it's properly maintained. It will remind you after every 20 washing cycles, which is so nice! There is also the nice option of being able to choose the temperature you would like, and the water level. If you don't want to bother with that then you can just use the auto level for the water. Another wonderful feature is the start/pause button. I don't know how many times I've forgot to throw something in the wash that I need or the kids need, and can just pause it real quick and throw it in. This washer has the perfect amount of features without being overwhelming. I think it is perfect for the normal household.

Samsung 4.0 Top Load Washer with ActiveWave Agitator and Soft-Close Lid is a superior line of high quality products that's very effective yet so quiet while in use. The Soft-Close Lid is absolutely awesome no more loud slamming lids that's much safer than the usual lids. The agitator is powerfully the star of this incredible features and it allows large loads to be washed with ease. The multi-settings in which you can choose from are Remarkable and are set for your different types of care that your items need to be cleaned effectively. The large capacity washer can handle your loads with a seamless push of the buttons this washer will measure the weight of your load to ensure the correct water levels. I typically use the Normal setting for my majority of my Family's laundry care needs. I will use the delicate cycle for my special needs items. The quick cycle can be a little tricky because of it's fast acting wash. Highly recommended

I'm absolutely in love with this washer. It's my first brand new washer and I had no idea what I was missing out on. The sleek design fits right in with my decor. It's the perfect size to get my families wash done in no time. I love the different settings available to customize to my needs. The slow closing lock top insures my washing is uninterrupted. And I cant believe how quiet this machine is! Thankfully it signals when wash load is done. This is such a fun machine to use, it actually makes washing enjoyable.

The Samsung 4.0 cu. ft. Top Load Washer with ActiveWave is the best washing machine I've ever owned. I've never heard of an ActiveWave agitator before, and on the first time I used the machine I fell in love with that instantly! It helps to move everything around without the stuff getting all tied knots or tangled up. With the large capacity I get to do fewer loads giving me more quality time with the family. I absolutely love the soft close lid, my husband has accidentally slammed the lid on our old washer so many times and it is so loud it has made me yell more than once, he found it amusing LOL. The washing machine has 8 preset washing cycles, I haven't used them all yet but I'm sure I will eventually having so many grandkids. This is also the quietest washer I've ever heard or should I say not heard! I've had washing machines that were so loud that they have woken my daughter from naps(that's loud). I'm starting to get older and any little reminder is a blessing and this wonderful washer has 2 great little reminders. The first reminder is that after 20 loads it will notify me that it's time to give it a good cleaning (no smelly laundry). Cleaning is as simple as a push button setting! The second reminder, and also my favorite, is after your wash cycle is complete this amazing Samsung washing machine actually plays a cute little tune! No more screaming buzzer like I'm used to. All in all I can say this is by far the best washing machine I've ever owned.

My Samsung washer looks very classic . The features are what gives this washer the amazing stars. From the huge barrel where I can fit double the amount I could fit into my older model. To the different cycles of normal to quick wash and heavy. It will do the right job for any type of stains and odors. My favorite feature as a parent of a toddler is the child lock. This allows me to have peace of mind that my toddler will not try to put extra stuff in like his markers :/ The soft close lid will not startle anyone off their seats . And the twist (pun intended) is the super quite agitator. Even from close range is very gentle but effective. It swishes like a river flowing through mountains (visualize that). Bonus: the super cute melody when the cycle is over makes me wanna hug my washer.
