I bought this washer in January 2022 and no matter what setting I use the washer will get unbalanced when I wash towels, sheets or small rugs. I do not overload the machine. When it spins the washer is so unbalanced it ends up a foot away from the wall and pulls on the drain hose and water hoses. The cycle locks up and I have to unplug it, so unhappy with this machine.

Love this machine!! I was worried about the bad reviews that said it tore up clothes?? It does not do that and I can't see how it could.. I love that you can pick your own water level,definitely enough water for any load. It cleans really well ,it spins great !! I was afraid to buying a new machine because of the reviews on new ones but I love this machine..

This is a great washer. Not electronic. Dials and one button operation. Never realized how dingy my whites were until washing them in my new GE. The cycles are quick unlike my other washer. It was pricier than I thought it should be but w the warranty, I feel it is well worth the expense. Cannot say enough good things about it. Thank you.
