I really like the simplicity of this machine. Easy to use and understand. Absolutely love having the agitator. My clothes are clean and undamaged. My only request would be to have the ability to add a gallon of water at a time. Somethings like king size heavy blankets need a little more water.

My old front loader was only 10 or so years old when it quit. I went back to top loader. This is a big capacity machine. A short person might need a stool to get to the bottom of the basket! It seems to wash well. Large loads with heavy things can get off balance. I wish the machine had a warning about being off balance. I left and came back to find it off but not completed the cycle.
