I purchased this washer and is phenomenal. I wanted the dryer but it wasnt in stock. It looks beautiful. Is super quiet and super modern. Smart features. I got to speak to one of the LG reps and let me tell you the company is quality. The rep knew so much detail and explained things so well. I could tell corporate LG takes their time to make sure their team is trained and handpicked to have the best for the clients. Thanks so much for the wonderful customer experience and amazing product. Warranty is impressive. But Im sure I wont ever need it since the product is build like a tank. Thanks

I got this washer as a replacement for my old broken one and it is refreshing. When it spins the close on turbo spin it does not turn out too wet. Moreover I enjoy the wifi connectivity because I do not have to keep going downstairs to check on how much time is left for each cycle.

I owen a new LG range dishwasher refrigerator and then just bought the LG WM4000HBA washer and it squeaks horrible during the rinse cycle and the spin cycle sound like its going to explode. Ive just installed it from Home Depot today and plan on suing in small claims court because they say I cant return it after 48 hours and its been a week WARRNING: Crap I will never buy an appliance from home depot or LG again. My other LG appliances have issues as well but in my new home Im building NO MORE LG crap.
