We purchased this washer after having our other LG for many years. It hasnt kept its balance so pretty much any load takes about twice as long to cycle while the machine is starting and stopping the spin cycle...so.eti.es just stopping with the UE error message. And definitely cant put more than a light load in for any chance that it will complete the cycle. Very unhappy with this machine and not certain I will ever look at LG products again.

I bought this washer one month ago. The machine is very quietly and has a catchy little tune that tells you when the cycle is complete. It has a large load capacity so i can wash my blankets easily. There are several choices for the type of load being washed.

Weve done less than 10 loads so far because there are only 2 of us. Ive heard bad things about front-loading washers but I am here to tell you that I love this thing. I carefully read the instructions about loading clothes and using the correct very small amount of detergent. My clothes come out cleaner than from my old top loader and smelling wonderful. It is pretty easy to set and has more settings than I even really need. I love this thing

It takes 70 minutes to do a normal wash load. Ive owned several front loaders and have never had one take this long. I wish they would post wash cycle times in the description. It also doesnt have an extra high spin cycle so my clothes take longer to dry also. Dripped some liquid detergent down the side a day after I received it add didnt notice for a few days. The enamel is permanently stained. Ive never had that happen with an appliance before either. I wouldnt but this model again.

Purchased the LG WM3400CW over a month ago. After more than twenty loads we can say three things: The unit is incredibly quiet uses minute amounts of both water and power and not only gets our work clothes very clean but nearly dry on high spin. Since we only line-dry our clothes the high spin gets them nearly dry. They are drying in less than half the time from previous washer. Very very pleased. Our favorite aspect of the washer is that it draws only 680W maximum off our pure-sine inverter - that is amazing Instrumentation is easy to read and intuitive. Easily dried and drained eliminating any possibility of damp odors. We couple in their 70s dollied it through the woods to our house and installation was a breeze especially with the accompanying tools. Should have punched this model earlier.
