I bought thus to replace Whirlpool Duet front loader. This machine is quiet, it does not shake the floor like my old one, holds lots of laundry for a family of 6 and cleans well.

I cannot comment on the longevity or reliability of this machine, as it's new, but so far have been loving it. It's packed with special features that are actually useful, like a very large capacity, an overnight option that washes AND dries lighter items (it's great for tee shirts, not comforters), and a sanitizing cycle for those extra dirty items (this is a wonderful feature if you have kids or pets). The ability to pre-fill the machine with liquid detergent is so convenient. Overall, I love this workhorse. My only suggestions/issues are that I can't seem to get either the washer or the dryer paired with my wifi, and I wish I could pre-fill my fabric softener, too.

I bought mine a month ago and I love love my front load washer/dryer. My favorite thing about it, is it has a 24 hr fresh hold. If I wash and forget that I put a load in, it keeps it smelling fresh for 24hrs.

After a long wait to get them, because the new models (8630) weren’t released yet, the phone call finally came saying my new washer and dryer was ready to be delivered. I actually ordered them the first week in January and got them delivered on April 13th. And I had no washer so I was going to the laundromat. My friends thought I was crazy to wait, they said just go buy something else. But they were worth the wait. I’m still learning how to do everything on them but the feature I really like is adding laundry soap up to the line and it releases it on each load as it adjusts for the size load. They are so quiet and so big. The only thing I would like to be able to hear the buzzer better. I can’t hear it unless I’m in that room. I did turn it up but it still isn’t very loud.
