Ive had the washer for over a month and love it. The clothes come out clean and the cycles are shorter than my previous LG machine. The Linkq setup was pretty easy and gives updates on when the machine is done working. It also sends cleaning reminders and energy consumption levels.

I purchased a top of the line washing machine and it smells horrible cant get the smell out. I called lG and wait on the phone forever and constantly and transferred then hung up on of course overseas people that barely speak English and dont want to help. What good if clean looking clothes that stank. Delivery guys cursed like sailors during the delivery and said sign please. I asked can I check it out first. I really want to return this washing machine. I regret daily that I bought it. After about 20 washes it still stinks and I have to go to the laundromat. I cleaned disinfected in on the clean tub mode nothing works still funky

I love this washer. I love that I get alerts on my phone when my laundry is ready. Its using less water than my previous washer and its so easy to use. My clothes finally smell great.
