After trying over and over and calling support the app doesnt work. Had to call to register as everything is through the app. There is a light for the add options button but it doesnt light so we were not sure we were doing it correctly. The washer itself is nice and seems to function well but I am not enthused about the presets. Have to change them with every wash. Also need to persuade the door to latch but. Like that it stay wher you want it and doesnt swing open all the way between washes.

Easy to use easy to select functions quiet and really seems to NOT abuse the clothes we wash and gets them nice and clean. Sad we couldnt get it to open to the other side like we could with the matching dryer but its not a big deal. The real test is Time hope they last

I bought this washer in Feb of 2022 and two months after purchase it started leaking water. The technician has been out multiple times and it is still leaking water and this is June 2023. They will not give me a new washer nor send someone competent enough to fix mine.

This washer does a good job however it would be nice to have better operating instructions especially for the steam feature which is unique to this washer. Also it is nice to have to have the many wash options available to me.

Had a 14 year old LG front load washer. Got new one only because spider arm deteriorated. Part was only 60 bucks on amazon. Husband fixed the old one so now we can sell it. The motors last.
