I like it but it vibrates some even though it is level and balanced. I am not sure if that is normal. It was spinning on High not extra high. I like the way it cleans. The washer says the rinses are all cold yet on one of the cycles when the washer is done the clothes feel warm so for that cycle it is not rinsing in cold. While spinning on turbo it makes a weird noise. I have to say there are many cycles I have not tried yet.

Weve had this unit for about a month and were still amazed at how quiet it is. The quick wash with an extra rinse does well on quite a few of our loads. I had heard good things about LGs washers from some of my co-workers so we opted to try one when our 11yr old unit disintegrated. We have a large family so it will get a lot of use. It will be interesting to see how it holds up. The only thing that we wish it had that we miss from our old unit is that it doesnt give an ETA when selecting most cycles. It needs to go through

It cleans really well. All our clothes look bright white and with vibrant colors. Didnt realize old washer wasnt cleaning them well.

I bought this machine a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase so far. It is very quiet cleans the clothes well in a short time. and they come out much drier than my last washer.
