Okayso I have owned my washer and dryer about 2 weeks ago and I have to say I was skeptical about buying LGs as I have never owned any of their products BUT I absolutely love it It is so quiet and big. I bought a king size quilt just after getting the machine and there was plenty of room for it in the washer.

I was first introduced to LG frontload washer and dryer in the new condo that I purchased as a vacation home. It was love at first sight and I liked it so much that I purchased another one for my permanent home. The features are very convenient giving the user many options when washing and drying. The steam feature. Is a great addition. I would never purchase any other brand but LG.

I got this about 2 months ago and its the best set Ive used it shows how much it adds to my electric bill as well Wash times are shorter as well as dry times

Wifi does not work

Technician has been here 3 times replaced wifi board twice even though I told him/LG this is not the problem. The wifi doesnt work at all now. LG blames it on my wifi however the LG dryer next to the washer has no issues. Then they blamed it on the dryer. So I disconnected the dryer from the wifi but the wifi board on the washer still doesnt power on. The wifi signal will turn on only if I unplug the power cords and plug it back in so that tells me there is an electrical issue in the washer not the wifi board itself. LG is now ghosting me. Ive called several times and the last thing they said was we will call you when we have a solution....*crickets*
