I am so happy that I upgraded my washing machine. It is so much roomier inside. I can get more laundry done in less time. My clothes are so much cleaner and smell refreshing. I love the fact that it alerts me on my phone when my clothes are finished washing. Samsung has exceeded my expectations once again.

our washer is not working properly, we called the costomer service for repair it took 10 days to send someone to check and finally they said it is the motor and we have to replace it. it’s so disapointing, it is not a year that we’ve used this washer. we should wait another 2 weeks to repair it. zero costomer service, no quality.

This Samsung washer was our first time using a front loading washer for our home and we are so pleased!! The features are so easy to use although the dial may look really simple there are so many customization that can be accomplished between the app and buttons. The sanitize feature has truly helped with removing makeup from my wife's masks were makeup stains always were left on our former washer. The self clean timer is a great addition telling us after 25 washes that it it time to run a clean cycle has been a nice feature that we never knew was needed before, previously I would have to use hot water to "debunk"our old washer. The app makes the already set options go even further and being able to start loads when we are leaving home or when the kids are napping. The washer is truly quiet and easy to setup. The detergent drawer makes using liquid, powder and bleach really easy to separate and not worry about spillage before starting. Our clothes have come cleaner and the sanitation feature have been nice to have in light of the pandemic and being in places that have lot of people coming and going. This was a very smart buy and Samsung did a great job packing this washer with more features than we have used.

This Samsung washer has made the task of washing laundry so much easier!!! I am able to fit more dirty laundry in the washing machine then I was able to do with my previous machine. Not only that, but the machine is so intuitive but I only need to press a few buttons and the settings are perfect! Speaking of the settings, this Samsung machine has so many options that I am able to target specific needs related to my laundry and everything comes out clean and in great shape! When I remove items from the washer at the end of the cycle, not only have they been appropriately washed with stains and any poor odors removed, but they have been spun so effectively that they are not sopping wet. This makes it easier to transfer the items to the dryer and it ensures that the dryer does not need to use a longer-than-necessary cycle to dry the clothes. In the long run, this saves time, energy, and money!
