We bought this a month ago and have never regretted the purchase. what a nice machine, the spin cycle is so fast that drying times have decreased considerably, thus less electricity used. Great investment

The washer seems to be working great after the initial hiccup related to its shipping. After getting it all hooked up the first time and turning it on for a test run, water went everywhere - leaking from underneath. Ultimately, the problem was a broken plastic "air gap" (I think it was called). The part was broken during shipping. To the company's credit they responded quickly to get someone out to fix it. The part was not readily available so I had to wait about 10 days to actually get it fixed. The repairman said that it looked as though the piece may have broken when the delivery guy stuck the dolly under and a piece of Styrofoam packing pushed up into the drain hose and breaking the plastic piece. Maybe a design modification would prevent repeat occurrences. Aside from that frustration, the washer has worked very well.
