Our new front load machines were delivered just over a month ago, replacing a set of Bosch machines. I don't know if we will ever need all of the settings available as we are retired empty nesters, but I am enjoying the easy quite operation. Hopefully this set of washer and dryer will last us the rest of our lives.

We bought this wifi connected machine because it is located in the basement. But it took over 2 hours to install the wifi. 1st my husband, who is a rocket scientist, tried using the instructions provided with no success then on the phone with your service personnel, who was very good, for 55 minutes. It should not be that hard!!! Washing machine works well and now tell me when the cycle is complete.

Washer was installed 5/23/19 and has started making a loud noise during the spin cycle. The repairman from Alpine Appliance, where I purchased the appliance, says at least one of the magnets failed and water pump is not working properly. He is going to order new parts. I called Maytag who suggested I have one of their service people come out which is going to take 14 days. REALLY! Apparently the people from Alpine are not authorized repair service technicians. This is a BRAND NEW appliance. I'm also having difficulties with dryer. I think both of these machines are garbage. Don't ask me to contact you, I already have. Maybe you should reach out to me. BTW - haven't even tried to connect to wifi, don't want to add to my frustration.
