We got this dryer when our previous Maytag burned up, but we had it for quite a few years. There was actually a burn mark on the top of the dryer, but it was contained. I actually like my old Maytag better than this one. The settings on this one are more complicated...too many choices. Of course, it does a great job drying the clothes, but you don't need10 different options to dry your clothes. Sometimes when I tried a different setting my clothes did not dry completely... less is more!

When peeling off the protective wrap, the face plate of the dispenser drawer came off. We put it back in place, but it continues to fall off every time you use the drawer. Upon contacting customer service, they want to send a repair man out to fix. Of course the repair man only works Mon-Fri 8-5 which means I have to take time off work for a brand NEW machine. It's going to cost them more to send a repairman than to just mail me a new drawer!

We bought this new Maytag washer because ofthe good experience we had with the one it's replacing. The only thing I can say is that it washes clothes--eventually! It is slow and does not spin fast enough to get all the water out of the clothes, so the dryer can't get them dry in any of the programmed cycle times, so it takes hours to do one load of clothes. The WiFi doesn't work. We've called their "reach out to us" number and they know very little about the product they're selling. When we find someone who knows something about the WiFi they don't know anything about the other machine functions. This whole experience has been a nightmare from day one and I'm ready to return the unit and get my money back. I'l even go to court if I have to. I've had enough of the run around and incompetence.

Just got this machine upon opening said unit it was damaged and I wanted a unit I could put powdered laundry detergent but this unit only takes liquid no one stick the machine and no one told me it was a liquid only machine so now I have to put the soap in with the clothes right away that’s there fix I would have thought what I paid good money for I would have gotten better service

My washer was delivered on 07/10/2019 I ran it once and it has not worked since I finally got someone to come look at it on 08/01/2019 They said they would have the part in a week It is now 8/21 and we can not get an answer on when it will be fixed?
