most features and functions are good have not had machine long enough to rate overall performance. However the sound levels are a joke. they are so low I cannot hear them even with my hearing aids. Re: the sound level alone I would not recommend this machine to anyone else and would not buy it again for that reason. Other features, and performance thus far (2 weeks) seems ok.

Even though this washer is HE; it seems to have long cycles; although the salesman says the front loaders wash the best; it does clean my sons dirty work clothes perfectly but the sanitize cycle is 2 hours long. I use it all the time; am learning all of the features.

I bought this set to replace a top loader. I love them. The washer has many settings that work well for my different needs and the dryer gets my big towels dry on one cycle. I am also happy with the detergent dispenser that measures out the appropriate amount.
