I have had nothing but trouble with this washing machine since it was purchased. All cycles end with a wet, wet load. Extra cycle of drain and spin is necessary. Sometimes two cycles of drain and spin. Have been waiting for parts to repair for months. I am tempted to have this machine hauled away and purchase something else.

new Maytag replaces our older Maytag which needed some repair work done. We decided it was better to invest in a new one rather than fixing the old one. We replace both the washer & the drier. They work great, look great, & my wife is happy. What else can I ask fore.

We purchased our washer along with the matching dryer a little over a month ago. This machine is awesome. Very quiet and clothing comes out much cleaner than with our old machine. Options are very convenient and we wash less loads due to large capacity.

Bought this 4 months ago and it leaks had service out multiple times and the only answer I got from Maytag is use less soap only need 2 tablespoons of he soap but hey that helps but when I run the afresh tabs to clean the unit it leaks too. Do you want me to cut the tablets in half too. Here’s an idea one engineer to another design a fix. Number one the unit says use he soap only there is a max fill line in the drawer, so it would determine that it has been tested with the maximum amount of He soap in it and did not leak right. Won’t be buying another Maytag since now I am spending $600 on adding a drain under my washing machine haven’t needed one in 40 years but hey it’s a Maytag and thanks for the extra power button can’t use it or guess what it leaks thru the air vent
