This has been the worst experience for us. In less than two months, we've had our brand new Maytag Washer replaced once and now we're waiting for the repairman to arrive this Monday. This repair is for the second washer. To make matters worse the customer service rep had to remind us that there may be a deductible of $99 if the washer needs to be repaired! How can a washer that was delivered 9-21-19 already be broken? Just to inform those of you out there that may have purchased a Maytag washer recently. The washer should not make noise when it is operating. There should not be loud squeaking like the unit is going to fall off the pedestal. The washer should complete the spin cycle and the clothes should ready for the dryer and not soaked with water. The washer should complete the full cycle after you press the start button. This washer has been very disappointing. In fact, the entire experience has been disappointing. We should not be on our second Maytag washer in less than two months since the time of delivery. Now we're in a situation where it may need to be repaired in less than two weeks since receiving the replacement washer! I honestly cannot recommend the Maytag washer until this entire situation is resolved to our satisfaction.
