I used it 4 times and the hose on the bottom in the back leaked water all over the floor. I sent it back. Also didn’t roll well on its own. I had to buy a dollie to put it on so I could move it easier. Very disappointed

bought this when our local laundromat closed and after just a few uses it stopped functioning consistently. sometimes the cycle won't drain, others it plays the "cycle complete" sound, only to find that it it never rinsed and out clothes are still dirty. we live in a small apartment and it takes up a LOT of space -- it may be portable but it is NOT small. seriously regret spending so much on something that doesn't work 100% of the time.

I love this washer!!! I have been using a twin portable washer for 3 to 4 years and finally upgraded to this big automatic portable washer. I put 4 stars only because I wish it had a clear lid to see visually the clothes washing like my previous machine, other than that I love this machine will update in a few months.
