Received delivery of our LG ThinQ washer and dryer combo. Washed one load of laundry using normal operation. When cycle had completed the load was soaking wet. Had to use another spin cycle to adequately drain the load. Put the load in the dryer. Dryer made so much noise upon rotating that we had to stop the operation. Waiting for technician to look at the tower. Really disappointed in the quality and performance of the tower

We have a brand new washer/dryer combo. It has not been drying since we got it. Called LG then got service. Service didnt show but called. Ordered a new starter. It was installed over a week after that call. Still doesnt dry even though the technician says it does.

Bought this as part of a kitchen remodel. Went with the 1 piece unit instead of stackable units because the controls would be too high with the stackable units Very satisfied with the quality and energy efficiency of this unit
