I was prepared to not like this washer/dryer. Surprise, surprise I absolutely love it. It sounds different than any washer I have ever owned, but once you know that is how it is supposed to sound, I am okay with it. My last washer rattled my windows so this one is really quiet. My clothes are clean. I couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you

I don’t know where to begin. After it was installed it wouldn’t run because the door was out of alignment. We resorted to having a brick on top of washer door until the repairs could be made. Next, either washer dryer, began leaving black streaks on the laundry. The unit shakes violently when it is off balance. It’s so bad that it can be seen making its way across the room. Lastly, The dryer door won’t stay in the open position so when you reach down into the washer to get the laundry, the door closes most of the causing you to you bang your head when pulling laundry out of the washer. This product is a nightmare to say the least. We hope to get a full refund. The unit is only six months old.
