Worked good for first week and then started filling up w water even though we didn’t start a load. Solenoid was bad. Now not enough water is being released to wash the detergent off the clothes.

I immediately noticed how much more room the washer had than my old unit. Love that there’s no agitator for the clothes to get tangled and no more unbalanced loads. Dryer good too, but I’m especially happy with the washer

Bought this washer/dryer because front load washers get stinky around the door seal and this was also energy star rated but now we regret it. It's the loudest washer we've ever owned and every day it makes new noises that we don't know are normal or not. It gets off balance very easily. I have to go reposition the washer every few days because it walks around. This is the non agitator model, maybe the non-energy star model with the agitator would work better. Our laundry room is in the middle of the house so the noise is really irritating.
