I purchased this from Home Depot and totally missed the instructions to remove the shipping bolts. I could not figure out the problem until I contacted LG and they gave me a step by step checklist to ascertain the problem. I am so grateful and I am enjoying it so much.

This machine is complicated. It works best if you read your manual thoroughly. There are several important but fairly simple cleaning requirements to keep lint and water out of harming the machine. I highly recommend buying a warranty that goes beyond the basic warranty.

I am so happy i selected the WKE100HVA stacked washer/dryer combo. I now have tons more storage space. I love the 15 minute speed wash cycle with cold water. My clothes get so clean in a blink of an eye. Better for the planet too
