Large washer tub!

I bought this washer dryer combo to replace a similar one that was old and and things were wrong with it (came with our condo). I love the large tub and it doesn’t have a agitator. The dryer is large too. The down side is there is a a very faint signal for the dryer which doesn’t have a way to turn it up. It’s really faint. I only hear it if it’s pretty quiet in the house. Why they didn’t give you a volume setting, I’ll never understand. The other down side is it makes a metal rattling like something is kinda loose. I tried pressing around the dryer area but couldn’t get it to stop. Not sure what it is but I just shut the laundry door and put on music so I don’t hear it. Which of course the leads to me not being able to hear the faint musical buzzer. I am training myself to set my Alexa timer so I can remember to get my clothes out. Other then that I really do like the machine. I am able to wash king soW sheets and even a king quilt. I have washed my love seat and sofa covers too. Everything seems to come out clean and it uses the less water so you can use the HE detergent.

I wanted a washer that would fill while the cover is open. Obviously a front load washer wouldn't work. This washer only fills with the cover down & then locks. Yes you can open the cover when it starts washing but only for a few seconds. I really question the cleanliness of items with the minimum water but that isn't my complaint. I think the instructions are lousy. The dryer works fine. Disappointed with the washer.

I live in an apartment and do wash very early sometimes and I am afraid this is so noisy i will get complaints. I also don't like the fact that there is no fabric softener dispenser. There are also too many options on it.
