I bought this machine for my small home after reading some reviews at Home Depot. However I have had to replace the drain pump NO LESS THAN 8 TIMES Clearly this motor was not made for a condensing dryer use As an Industrial Designer I can tell you this was either not tested or allowed to pass to save money either way it reflects poor design and horrible customer satisfaction.

We were so happy to find we had a washer/dryer combo in our time share unit. This one is better than the Haier in our other unit but you can only wash a couple items at a time and my jeans were soaking wet when they came out of a dryer and who has heard of a nearly 5 hour cycle

I bought this unit as a replacement for my old European model. Works great in my cabin where Im limited on space. Its not for the mom with a husband and two kids. It works great for me utilizing smaller loads and extended drying times. Thanks LG

I bought this to go in a compact space in our cabin so i would have to haul our dirty clothes linens home. The fact that it will wash and dry and I dont have to switch loads is amazing. Its still new and Im still learning how to operate this compact genius but so far its pretty amazing.

I do not recommend you buy this unit unless you want your clothes to come out smelling like hot rubber. I say hot instead of burning because the technician that came out told me nothing is burning so nothing is wrong even though it gives off this intensely horrible smell that cannot be healthy. He assured me nothing was burning and it is normal. Let me tell you.... it is NOT normal however once I knew what issue to search on their website I found a page where this is a COMMON issue with this unit and there is no way to fix it at all. I will be calling LG to try to get a refund or exchange for some other type of unit. It washes the clothes and dries them fine but no matter what I try they always come out smelling like burning... sorry HOT rubber.
