I have never had an issue with water pressure with old washer and dryer. The pressure coming into the house is 75lbs. The water co. we use checked it. A plumber also checked it. They each say it is related to how the washer is built. The sound is extremely loud and we will have to add a pressure reducer to correct. Why should we have to pay for an issue that is obviously a flaw in the way the machine is made? And do we want a water pressure reducer?? How will that effect other appliances?

We have not had this very long but so far I absolutely love it Love that all of the controls are in the middle between the dryer and washer. Im short so this is important It washes well and doesnt get all of the legs and arms twisted around each other. The lint screen is easy to access and easy to clean. I am a happy satisfied customer. Thank you LG
