I have now been using my Amana 6.5 cu ft dryer for over a month and must say it has been a terrific addition to my laundry needs. It is very quiet, with numerous timed and selection options. I have several heavy laundered items, such a sweatshirts, blankets and jeans. the timing selections for such items is very accurate and there is no doubt that these items will be properly dried and ready to wear. The wrinkle prevention option saves me from ironing. I do not use any fabric softeners and because of Amana's technology do not need any. My Amana is powered by propane gas and I am very happy with its performance.

I bought this dryer a little over a month ago to replace my 14year old dryer. It was a good value for the money and is easy to use. I needed a simple dryer with not a lot of tech gadgets. It does the job perfectly and I'm very happy with it.
