My dryer tore a belt which I ended up replacing just for the bearings to fail. I was over taking it apart. I needed a dryer with a small footprint to fit in my tiny laundry room. This unit has a large load capacity and fits perfectly. The inly thing to make this a home run would be the controls. This comes with an old school dial and a quaker alarm reminiscent of the old school fire alarm. The bonus is there is a volume and mute dial.

This replaced my parents 24 year old dryer. I wanted something very basic and easy for them to use. But, I also wanted a reliable product. I knew I couldn't go wrong with a GE product. Price was amazing and It is easy to use and dries clothes in a timely manner.
