This dryer was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The dials on the front are extremely cheaply made. absolutely not expected for the price point on this dryer. The dial is mechanical very hard to turn if you are older say a grandparent or have issues in your hand I would highly recommend to buy something else with a digital dial. Also every time you turn this dial it feels like its going to break as there is so much spring tension. further more it does not say to only turn one direction its hard to explain but the way it moves and feels in person sure feels like its only meant to go one direction. Unfortunately I am stuck with this pile of junk as exchanging it for something else is a huge hassle and waste of time.

I bought this dryer because it was reasonably priced. The door is a little "tinny" but I like the rest of the features.
