i purchased this dryer and used it only 3 times. the dryer keeps flipping the breaker. i have called multiple times and a repair person was sent out by samsung. the repair guy just checked the outlet and it was giving the correct power to it. he did not know how to resolve it and said he would contact his support and left. i have not heard anything back at this point. this dryer is only 31 days old!

poor customer server. do not buy from samsung, their customer support is horrible. i have spent hours dealing with my issues. my washer/dryer came in broke and had to return. i am phone dealing with my refund for hours and weeks and still, i am having issues. they didn't even offer any courtesy credit.

i bought my dryer in march 2021. i noticed that after it was installed it was shaking very loudly. i figured because it was not balanced. now its not drying my clothes either. called to schedule for authorized repair that never showed and never called. bad business.

went to reverse the door (highlighted feature on the web site). lack of quality became obvious when the plastic pegs on the back of the plastic cover over the unused holes broke off during removal of the cover, despite being removed with much care. both of them broke different pegs. same with the cover over the unused latch slot (tabs broke this time, not pegs). tried online chat on messenger. responsive. wanted pics of parts. then pics of where they go. jumped the hoops only to be told to contact a service center, it is physical damage not covered by warranty. tried samsung support chat on the web site. connects to a group of "expert users". they are still guessing what part i am talking about. buyer be very beware

worst dryer ever. we bought it because of the large capacity. it takes multiple cycles on heavy duty high heat to dry four towels. every load of laundry that we wash, we don’t have to split into two dryer loads. do not buy! i want to be very clear, i just purchased a samsung dishwasher for my house samsung refrigerator, and multiple samsung tvs throughout my house. i was a samsung fan until i bought this piece of garbage dryer.
