working great until it broke. only worked for about 3 months until it quit. still haven't gotten anyone out to fix or replace it. going to the laundromat sucks.

dryer stops after 2 minutes (any cycle); no heat: vent blockage test says cl9 (clg?). removed vent duct from dryer and inspected ducting that exits residence; inspected inside drum, associated vent-nothing to be found! samsung chat wants to do a service ticket and send a tech from over 200 miles away with a service charhe by the tech guy that's couple hundred dollars-no thanks. will start buying cheaper dryers from other manufacturers that last just as long, if not longer than my overpriced samsung jun.

bought this from in february of 2020. and today, may 21st, 2021 it decides not to heat up anymore! and the warranty is expired! 0/10 would not buy again! a machine that costs this much should be able to last a whole lot longer than 15 months.
