Works great and its quiet. Weve been very satisfied with other LG products. The only room for improvement is a quick cheat sheet for all the settings and how/what they do. Online manuals were a bit tricky to get.

The drying cycle is 10 to 15 minutes longer than our old dryer. It also requires a second drying cycle on many occasions to get clothes dry which leads me to believe it is not energy efficient. Often times if I feel the top of the dryer med-cycle it is cold as if the heat is not on. I cannot select high heat on the normal cycle which means longer drying times. All in all it is taking longer to dry my clothes at a higher cost.
