I purchased a dishwasher back in November. I noticed that the bottom rack had a slice in it and was getting rusty. I called LG and they immediately sent me a new rack free of charge. I am so used to having to fight companies so this was a pleasant surprise. I am so happy I selected an LG product which works great but the way.

Looks great very quiet loads of features easy to maintain. I especially like the silverware and flatware holders the adjustable dish rack easy programing steam cleaning.
