We bought this dishwasher to match our other LG appliances. It does a great job in cleaning our dishes. We like the top rack for utensils and the stainless steel interior. Right now though we have been unable to get our dishes completely dry. We have tried all the settings available to no avail. I have checked and rechecked the drain hose for kinks etc. but all seems well. Right now we crack the door to aid in drying but I would love some assistance from LG on how to solve this problem. Overall we like our LG appliances.

Bought LG dishwasher 18 months ago and loved it for awhile. The flashing warning light came on and it was the direct drive motor. This part has a ten year warranty so I am very surprised it went out after 18 months. Even though the part is covered the labor is not and it has been over three weeks and still waiting for LG to fix it. Ugh.

We were looking for a quiet dishwasher ability to dry dishes if needed and superior washing ability as compared to our current machine. The LG is working out great super quiet and does an excellent job washing dishes

Dishwasher has not cleaned properly since day one Ive made several calls to your help line done everything they have suggested to correct issues. Nothing has helped. This shouldnt be acceptable for a new appliance now you are sending a service repair person here next week.
