We are in love with this new range. We have had gas appliances for a while but now have this gorgeous Samsung range with all the beauty and bells and whistles. It heats quick, I love the way it looks and it works well!

my family moved into a house 4 months ago. in that time, we have had a functioning oven for 3 weeks total. the control panel has crashed twice now and the parts are backordered - or the process to have a service agent come out to fix the problem - has taken multiple weeks every time. this range is clearly expensive and has been an absolute train wreck for us. definitely the last time i purchase a samsung appliance.

the stove has strong flames and cooks nicely. it has a sleek look. the middle griddle plate was supposed to come with a grate cover if i do not wish to use the griddle as per chats i had with techs but that was not in the package. the gas line protrusion in my home i had several chats w/techs and it was supposed to fit but it still does not as the gap from the wall is now 3 inches away.
