My wife and I bought this about a month ago during a kitchen remodel. It was working great although the burner's were running a little hot even though we had it on low. Fas forward to last night and the unit starts an update. 14 hours later it is still showing the hourglass sign signifying it is still updating. It's locked up completely and we've tried leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes to no avail. It's Labor Day weekend and we are supposed to be baking some dishes for a cookout. I have no idea what we are going to do now. What kind of %$&*(# company pushes a "major" update out over a holiday weekend?!

First new stove we have Botton in over 10 years. The technology advances are amazing and cannot believe what you can do with the app. We bought all new appliances and the stove Hass to be the centerpiece of our kitchen!
