I have only had this stove for two weeks so it is difficult to speak to all its features. However, I can speak to one very important one to me. That is the AquaLift oven cleaning. I have already used it and found it to be completely useless. Needless to say in less than two weeks time my oven was not very dirty. However, I had to run it three times and even then clean it manually. Had I known about this it would have been a deal breaker for me. Also, this stove does not seem to come with a broiler pan. That seems very odd. I would have kept my old one had I known.

I bought this online a month ago and have only had the chance to use it twice. The 2nd time i used it, the main handle on the oven door broke. Now, i will need a new part. Glad i chose the 1 year warranty for parts and labor.

Purchased and professionally installed. There was major damage to the frame that was not apparent until installed. It appears that the damage was done in the factory before final assembly. Side panels and drawer are not damaged at all but storage drawer is virtually useless. Initial contact with Customer Service was positive but timelines were missed and I am still waiting to be advised of proposed remedy. Unless they deliver and install a replacement I will be facing a large expense. The range works well. The top burners were very easily adjusted to allow a very low simmer mode. The convection oven is very quiet and the temperature is correct and even. There is a problem connecting through WiFi from an IOS device but I have been assured that they are working on it. In reality I doubt I shall ever use that function. This is the first gas range that I have owned and it is a pleasure using it instead of electric ranges. If you are doing a lot of home canning you may find that a higher BTU output on one of the large burners would have been an asset. In summary it is a good range. I look forward to having it repaired or replaced so that I can give a higher Star Rating.

Even though I bought this about 11 months ago, it was installed about a month ago in my new house. I love this oven! A propane stove it essential where I live, it has made my cooking and baking a lot easier. Look forward to more years of use .
