I’ve been using this gas range for about 4 months. I love that it heats up quickly and cooks evenly and quickly. It looks great and is a great addition to the kitchen.

I bought this product in a few months ago to upgrade our very old GE range. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. The features and quality of this range far surpasses any preconceived expectations we had. We have used the flex option in oven several times and although it took some getting used to, we're happy to say that this a wonderful product. If I had a complaint it would be to add more or shared baking/cooking functions when using the flex oven on both the upper and lower sections to give more flexibility in using the oven.

stove comes with a generic user manual. it tells you what features you may or may not have, not how to use the features. google helped a lot. i was concerned about the heat coming from the vent in the back of the stove. i tried both the chat feature and a phone call to see if i needed to buy the backguard (another $200.00) to keep my wall from catching fire. nobody could give me a answer. if anybody at samsung who can actually answer this question could be bothered, i would like to discuss this issue. this is my second attempt to post a review as they declined to post my first one.
