good over. terrible iot device. the wifi connectivity does not stay connected. unit was serviced and radio + replaced. it won't connect to most wireless networks, and when you do get it to connect (by dumbing down the connection as much as you can), it will not stay connected. i've tried different access points, and even tried 2 different isps. i expected much more from a supposed technology company. super disappointed. will be my last samsung appliance. even the technician told me not to bother with the connected features. they just don't work.

After waiting 11 months for my range, I finally received it. I love it! It has so many features that I did not expect. I love the idea that it has an air fryer built in!

Stove looks great

I just got the stove delivered today. There is a nice dent on the side of the stove. I’m trying to get in touch with customer service. They are busy and I’m waiting for someone to respond to the chat support. I don’t like the gap in the back between my stove and wall. I’m have to order the 4”back. I’m just hoping it will look okay. To soon to tell about the way it cooks. They didn’t give me enough time to test the stove out and see how customer service helps me. I had to get the review in by today.

Amazing Oven

When I bought this oven, I was replacing an oven that had been placed in the house from the builder 10 years ago. It was in the house when I bought it just a few years ago and it was not working right at all. I researched ovens and made sure this one was the one I wanted. I have been so pleased since I have had it and love EVERY feature it offers and more. It's easy to clean, and amazingly holds true to every temp and every ability any cook could imagine!!!!
