i bought a newly remodeled home with all new appliances less than a year ago (feb 25th 2021). this stove has had issue from the jump. the touch screen regularly doesn't work and has to be removed from the wall and unplugged. just this week two different knobs cracked and broke off. i'm not even sure what this tiny middle burner is supposed to do with such low btu. the good of this stove is i like the grate system. easy to move pots and pans around as needed.

A silly dream of mine was to have a gas stove/oven, so making the plunge and getting this appliance was incredible. It's a great product, but we have an issue. About a month into us owning the device, the oven through a code and shut off the oven in the middle of a cook. I looked up the code and the only guidance I received was to call for maintenance. I called, and the first time they could get out there was five days from then. Thankfully, after going through a series of unplugging and resetting the oven, we were able to use it, with it throwing that code every now and again and shutting down. Maintenance came out and serviced the device, replacing one of the main electric boards (I can't recall the name of the piece). While they were there, the code didn't come up (of course), so they couldn't test if they solved the problem. They were VERY helpful, so no issue there. They left, because the problem was fixed. No charge for us, so no sweat. Except the next week the code came up again. I called maintenance, and they said they could come out (again 3-5 days later), but said that if they couldn't prove the problem or find the problem while they were there, they would charge me for their visit. So I cancelled the appointment, and now I live with an oven that sometimes shuts off. Since I can't prove the problem I don't know how to fix it. It has happened less consistently in the past couple of months, so I hope it was just a glitch that had to get out of its system. I guess Thanksgiving will be the ultimate test.
