i wish i can give you 0 stars garbage product . not recommended at all only 2 days of use burner coating get off and look like 10 years old on slightly use . trying to register product but unable not taking numbers at all , as you all know samsung have worst customers service ever , they hire most of staff out of usa mostly india they didnt know about anything usa , i bought it because of samsung financing only but my recommendations dont buy this product and i don't found any serial number on range i was contacting troughs Twitter whats she replied really disrespectful. "Thanks, Syeda! Regrettably, on the picture above, it does not state that the unit was purchased from https://t.co/VhhtRro6MZ directly. Do you have the order number, so I can take a better look into this for you? " my heart is so heavyl spending over $1000 on this product with no results even baking is not good too. too sensitive board and alot fingerprints, hard to clean.

I have this range installed for almost a year now. Since it's only me I really have no reason to use it because I only use the stove top and I use my convection air fryer toaster blahblahblah combo to cook. Well recently I went to use the oven and it started smoking. I noticed the controls get stuck a lot it smells like gas a lot and I don't know what's making a smoke inside I'm about to find out thank God I bought the purchase protection if I would have been smarter I would have bought the Range that had the controls behind the stove but I was looking for more of a modern look oh well live and learn

I used to have an electric range and decided to switch to gas and I am glad that I did!!! It heats up fast and according to my oven thermometer, the temperature is right on!!! I love the way it looks in my kitchen!!
