I am using my new LG sparingly. Mainly the burners. Not to sure about using the oven. Unable to figure out the ThinQ App. Searched for phone number to call could not find any. Searched for some navigational instructions especially for the oven could not find any. Would like a short inservice or an outline as to what to set first on the App to work remotely.

This year is our 50th anniversary and this is the best range we have ever had. The oven heats well. The top burners are easy to control. We are still learning how to use the air fryer but are very pleased with the results so far. The 1st time we used it it was so quiet that we thought it wasnt working.

Why do I have to buy an air fryer basket

I brought the stove because it has air fryer. When the stove arrived there was no air fryer basket or broiler pan. If I had that knowledge before hand I would not have purchased this stove. Its a rip off to advertise an air fryer in the stove and not included the basket. Bad business practices.
