This oven fits in great with my new dream kitchen! I used to have a wall oven (tiny) and a separate cooktop, and this has TONS of features that I just love!!1. two ovens - it's great to be able to just use the small oven, but the large oven works great for larger items... or when you just have 2 things that need different temps.2. two levels of broil - high and low - this is a nice feature! didn't even realize this was a feature, but it's really nice to have the ability to choose3. there are 5 burners on the cooktop - these are great! I use the highest power one most often and am still surprised by how fast items cook. It's also nice to be able to have other options though for a low heat. 4. the flat bars across the cooktop are wonderful!!! When something has too much heat or starts to boil over, you can just slide it. I used to have 4 raised burners and you needed to lift the item... it's safer and easier to be able to slide it5. the flat grates are on a hinge and you can flip them up to clean the stove top... this is AWESOME!! No lifting up dirty grates and having to find somewhere to set them while you clean the stove top. And if you need to really clean the grates - they can come off too... but it's nice to just swing them up and out of the way.And it looks great in my modern kitchen... but I think it would look great in a lot of styles. I went with stainless.

It took 4 weeks for delivery! Then the range was damaged on the top. Order again another 3 weeks! Got my new range and the big burner does not light properly. Repair man dies nothing. Tells me to very slowly turn the the burner on!?! Second repairman says it needs new parts! Still waiting on the parts. Some day I will have a working range!

It has now been over a month and I still don't have the grates for my EZ 2 LIFT GRATES model. I have called whirlpool and whirlpool parts multiple times. Every time i have to start all over from the beginning. They dont have the grates and they dont know when they will have them. This is a new model. Why weren't the grates included. How can they not have the parts to a new model?!!!!
