i purchased this oven for the convection fan, but i love the air fry convenience of this oven. i can air fry a larger amount of food at one time. i got rid of my countertop air fryer. i have been very pleased with the cooktop and the oven.

we didn’t need a new range but wanted the flexibility that one with wifi could provide. with our busy home, being able to preheat the oven for dinner while we are on the way home from work would be very useful. when we first got the range, we were able to do that. but then a few months later they updated the app and it appears they took that feature away. you can only control it from the app if the oven is already on. this completely defeats the purpose and has made us really regret what has become a completely unnecessary expensive purchase.

Still under 6 months old and has been serviced twice. First time oven light malfunction and now cf2 code which won’t even let us operate the oven. So far a very bad experience with this appliance.

We replaced our old oven (very old) with this one, we chose it because of all the great settings and the griddle. It was also really easy to convert to liquid propane (we live in Hawaii, so no natural gas). We love cooking with it and the smart features are actually really helpful - including once when we left in a rush and forgot to turn the oven off - instead of turning around and coming all the way back, I turned it off with my phone - what a save!
