Oven control problems

Unit has been in use for 6 months, had to power cycle unit 5 times to operate contro;s after they "froze" rendering oven inoperable. Service call ordered, tech not familiar with this new unit smart controls. Canceled follow up visit when unit operated normally,Has now required power cycle again, another service scheduled. Would not recommend this unit. We bought refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and this range for our new home. range, in fairness, has been only problem.

Beautiful Piece of NON-FUNCTIONING NOTHING

Replaced by BESTBUY and the replacement malfunctions. (1) On the first use the stove the electrical element caused a hot burn-in of the glass. Seems as if the heating element was installed making direct contact to glass. BestBuy replaced stove. (2) Skip forward 4 months, the "touch" screen has stopped working. Touchscreen is non-responsive to touch. Can't use the oven. The Whirlpool customer service response "just shut off your breaker or pull stove out periodically when this happens, plug out the stove and it 'should hopefully' reset." (3) The stove vents the oven at the top rear, and the paint used on venting area appears not to be heat resistant paint. The oven heat and venting moisture is causing the paint to peel off and the area to rust. The Whirlpool customer service response, "this is a cosmetic issue not covered by warranty." COME ON WHIRLPOOL THIS STOVE QUALITY IS NOT WORTHY OF CARRYING YOUR BRAND NAME. WE BUILD AND SELL HOMES. WE WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE OF THIS STOVE.
