I really like the look of this range BUT I am constantly messing with the wifi connection to my Smart Things APP. Also, the heat takes a long time unless it's the "rapid boil" top. The others take forever to heat up and either it's really HOT or not hot enough.

I bought this appliance when I moved and I am impressed. I had a Samsung electric range that was 2 1/2 years old and you have vastly improved this range. My only complaint is your instructions on the air fryer feature. I haven’t tried it yet because of your lack of instructions

This stove has some great features but does lack in some design aspects and in quality. The three-size burner is nice, but the knob is difficult to read. The numbers are small and there is no immediate indication of which setting you are using. In the past, we have always put a drip pan under the oven burner element. However, the element is flush with the bottom of the oven, leaving no place to collect spills. By the way, we are both retired and eat out often. Ergo, the stove is not used that much. In spite of low usage, the paint on the front trim is peeling away. Our last stove was a Kenmore smooth top surface and held up for 20 years. We have had this stove for just under a year, and I do not believe this stove will make it beyond 10.

This electric range performs better than expected. Range has three cooking options: traditional, with fan, and air fry (speciality). All three perform as expected. Cooktop burners are practically instantaneous heat and evenly distributed. Electronic controls are touch activated and will require some learning. The Wi-Fi connection is a 3.5 star. Installation was a breeze. You’ll need a electronic chord (I used the one off existing range).
