We purchased this one year ago. We liked the idea of being able to use our iPhone and our Alexa device with this range. The smart phone app that Whirlpool uses simply does not work. While the range sees and supposedly connects to our WiFi the phone app does not and will not connect to the range. I have called Whirlpools support line on multiple occasions and have been told repeatedly that “it’s a back office issue” on their end and they are working on it. I called Best Buy and they sent a tech out and he had no clue as to how to connect it. We have run out of patience with this. It is beyond my comprehension how Whirlpool can continue to market this range as a smart/connected device when they know those features do not work. Do not buy this range if you are looking for a smart appliance.

I bought this oven in September and the self clean is a farce. It does not clean at all. Do not buy this oven! I'm so disappointed. I have owned other Whirlpool appliances and have been pleased but this one omg! Otherwise Im happy with it. I did not buy a self cleaning oven to clean it myself!!!
