Easy to use!! Great touch pad controls. My only suggestion is to have sound options- I can’t always hear the timer if I’m in another area of my house.

Purchased stove in October! First thing happened , 2 elements stopped working and blue streaks could be seen ,under the glass ! All elements and wire harness replaced , within 2 weeks the oven went out! Thanksgiving ruined! Called main office in Michigan, got this awesome lady, after telling her the stove was a lemon, she had another stove shipped to me! Received the stove 28th day of December and again Christmas Dinner didn't go well! Thought we were good on this stove, but no the right front element, the glass top has started pitting, I thought it was grease to be scraped off...no it wasn't! I could not comprehend how we got another stove with more problems! My husband even tried to clean it and I told him, won't work and he looked closer, the glass has severe pits in the glass all sround the one element! I haven' called whirlpool again because they are going to tell me they don't fix anything like that...only way if has to be defect when stove is delivered! So I have had this $1700 stove and glass top looks bad because around the element , the heat pitted the glass and looks horrible after 6 weeks! Will be calling but Whirlpool will give the runarround again on this stove! Having the worst luck with this stove! The glass top is defective, but Whirlpool will not want to do anything about it! As USUAL!

Have had for two months. The oven works fine. Faster than our previous oven. Like the versatile cooktop burner sizes. Burner size within a burner. Not crazy about having too clean and scrape the cooktop surface just about every time I cook on it. Only reason I would not recommend to a friend is cleaning cooktop.
